i see posts all the time that say “shoutout to trans kids who are closeted and misgendered constantly” but let’s give a shoutout to those who already came out of the closet and are STILL misgendered.

I know it hurts to find the courage to come out only to be denied. one day you will find people who will respect you for who you are. you deserve better.
