  1. get out of bed
  2. make your bed
  3. tidy up your room
  4. open the windows and let some fresh air in
  5. brush your teeth
  6. wash your face and apply a facemask
  7. brush your hair and put it up (or however you feel most comfortable)
  8. drink a glass of water and fill a bottle up for the rest of the day (then refill If emptied)
  9. eat some fruit or veggies
  10. cut your nails
  11. do some breathing exercises
  12. make a list of things you want/need to do
  13. actually do them
  14. you are worthy of love and I hope you have a wonderful day
